Sticky Chikky is led by three people whose strengths barely overlap, which is exactly the point.

Founder Jordon Snider has spent the past fifteen years building companies in Amarillo, with two successful exits behind him in power sports and landscaping. He opened Sticky Chikky in 2024 alongside his father, and unlike the ventures that came before it, this one isn’t for sale. The only plan is to accelerate it and take the brand nationwide.

CEO Brad Williamson brings the real estate and deal side of the house. He got his start with another Amarillo-born concept that scaled to 165 locations, and has since completed and overseen more than a billion dollars in real estate transactions, specializing in leadership and deal structure.

COO Ian Diaz is the people engine. His background is in forensic interviewing, work that meant sitting across from troubled individuals and from victims and finding the truth in what wasn’t being said. He carries that same ability into business, reading teams, understanding what actually drives people, and building the operational structure that lets a company run well past what it thought it was capable of.

A builder, a dealmaker, and a people reader. Individually they’d each move the needle. Together they’re a perfect storm: the vision to see where this goes, the real estate muscle to put it there, and the human insight to make sure the culture that arrives is worth showing up for. That’s the part you can’t franchise, and it’s the part they’re most serious about.
