By accessing or using this Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 13 years of age to visit this website. By accessing or using stickychikky.com, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt into our SMS text messaging program. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Sticky Chikky LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The general site minimum age (13+) and the SMS opt-in minimum age (18+) are separate requirements.
SMS Program Description and Use Cases
This website does not collect consent for text messages. The catering request form collects your phone number solely so a team member can follow up by phone or email about your request. SMS consent is obtained separately.
- Transactional messages: Catering quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, event reminders, and order updates. These messages are sent in connection with a catering request you have initiated.
- Marketing messages: Promotions, special offers, new menu items, and other news about Sticky Chikky. These messages are sent only if you have separately opted in to marketing communications.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may place a catering order or dine with us without providing your phone number or consenting to SMS communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us and the nature of your catering inquiry or opt-in preferences.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages sent to or received from Sticky Chikky LLC. Sticky Chikky LLC is not responsible for any messaging or data charges billed by your carrier.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Sticky Chikky LLC, except where required by law. To re-subscribe, you may opt in again through the separate SMS consent process.

Sticky Chikky LLC is not responsible for messages not received due to carrier delays, technical failures, or other factors outside our control.
